In honor of Easter, and because I seem to be currently obsessed by them, for our April Challenge, I want you to “Show Me The Bunny”! By this, I mean I want you to create an Easter Bunny this year for someone special or to keep for yourself. Use your imagination and any medium you like, for example—knit our Spring Bunny, crochet a bunny bag from Cute Critter Purses, craft one from pom-poms, sew that Mary Engelbreit stuffed bunny I showed you awhile back, paint, cross stitch…the sky’s the limit. Then, I want to see a photo of your finished bunny.
What? You’re one of those organized people who’ve already purchased a bunny this year or you just don’t have time to make one? Okay, then, tell me your favorite Easter Bunny story and share a photo if you’ve got one. Relive some memories of those Easter Bunnies from days gone by…
Share your new bunnies and your old bunnies with all of us on our Leisure Arts Community Facebook page.
Oh, and that funny bunny in the photo, that’s Harold Hopper. You can find the pattern to knit him up in Little Knitted Creatures by Amy Gaines.
