My ATC Collection

Since I’ve been babbling off and on this month about artist trading cards, I thought I’d share some of my collection with you plus some of the ways I display them so they’re not hidden away in albums.

Speaking of albums…this is one of the several I have along with a box that I decoupaged with some of the same vintage images that I use on my cards.

I like to hang ATCs on the wall where I can enjoy them. Above are three cards that I’m getting ready to frame. I’ve added ink to the mats and a variety of extra ephemera around the edges.

These four ATCs are all matted together in a long vertical frame and embellished with skeleton leaves.

My children think it’s a little weird that I have a piece of fence hanging on my living room wall, but it makes a great place to display my cards! Here are a couple of the cards I like off the fence:

This framed piece holds some of my most favorite ATCs. The cards are made from copies of photos taken in the 1920s when my grandfather worked for a carnival.

The Love-Of-My-Life doesn’t even totally dislike my ATC card obsession as long as I mix in some outlaws and John Wayne. These are the guy-themed cards he’s claimed to prop on the bookshelf in his music room.

I also like wire photo holders for showing off my cards. The spirals make it so easy to trade out cards when I get tired of looking at them. This method works great for display on my desk.

Hope you enjoyed this fraction of my collection!
