I’ve always been a fan of doilies. (I can’t actually knit or crochet one myself, so I’m definitely impressed by those who can!) They’re so pretty and intricate, and they lend such a lovely vintage feel to my assorted collections.
They’re so unique that I just couldn’t resist showing you photos of the projects in our newest knit doily book: Knit Doilies by industry legend, Rita Weiss and the Creative Partners.

hmmm. I've never tried knitting a doily. crocheted a few. but not knitted. very nice.
I have always loved knit doilies, bought a few books many decades ago, but have not yet (optimum word!) done the deed, but have bought tiny needles and thread.
