In honor of National Pie Day, I thought I’d share this free Creamy Strawberry Pie recipe with you. (Serve it for a Valentine’s Day treat if you can wait that long!) Creamy Strawberry Pie
1 package (10 ounces) marshmallows
1 package (16 ounces) frozen whole strawberries, thawed and drained
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
3 tablespoons strawberry liqueur or strawberry juice
1 purchased large graham cracker pie crust (9 ounces)
Fresh strawberries to garnish
Place marshmallows in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high power (100%) 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows melt, stirring every 30 seconds. Beat in strawberries and liqueur. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crust. Cover and chill. Garnish with strawberries.
About 10 servings
