There are 2 small appliqué quilts (18'" x 18") for each season: a snowman and Nativity scene for winter; flowers and kites for spring; a lighthouse and stars for summer; and a school house and leaves for autumn. Using all squares and rectangles, the piecing is very simple; the appliqué designs are fused in place and finished with hand Blanket Stitching.
