Samantha Jean

Samantha J. Lewis was born in Germany as an Army brat and moved around most of her childhood. She found her passion in art and storytelling at a young age and knew she would grow up to be an artist. While she considers herself a Kansas City native, she and her husband move around every few years due to his military commitments. As an illustrator, she believes in bringing positive energy to the world. Samantha’s hope is that through her artwork, people will feel empowered, happier, and find something to believe in. Her inspirational artwork, which fuses cute characters with motivational sayings and positive imagery, is intended to reignite youthful innocence in us all. Within her fantasy and mythological pieces, viewers will find strong, charismatic characters as well as fantastic, almost forgotten creatures from lore kept alive by those who still believe. In her free time Samantha enjoys reading, light gaming, exercising, gardening, and spending time with her husband, their shepherd dog, and mini feathered velociraptor, Zubi the cockatiel.
